Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they form the basis on which bookings at Wright Park Hotel are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below apply to bookings made directly via the hotel’s website, or through phone, email, Viber, or social networking sites, with payments processed via payment gateway systems such as Maya, QRPH, Bank Transfer or Deposit, and major credit cards.
By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms & conditions from time to time.
SC/PWD Discount
Wright Park Hotel honors valid Philippine-issued Senior Citizen (SC) and Persons with Disability (PWD) IDs under RA 9994 and RA 10754.
Discount applies only to published room rates for walk-in, phone, and email bookings only. Online/website rates are not eligible.
A valid SC/PWD ID must be submitted upon reservation and presented again at check-in. If no valid ID is shown, the regular rate will apply.
Discount applies only to the room occupied by the eligible guest.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
No-shows will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
Rebooking Policy
Rebooking is allowed within 6 months from the original arrival date, subject to room availability and applicable rate differences due to seasonality or promotions.
Date modifications may result in rate adjustments depending on the applicable season or promotional offers.
All rebooking requests are subject to room availability at the time of request.
Force Majeure: Disruptions beyond the hotel's control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies) may allow penalty-free rebooking, subject to availability. Refunds may be considered based on documentation and case assessment.
Important Hotel Policy
Full payment is required upon reservation to confirm the booking.
A refundable incidental/security deposit of Php 5,000 (for stays of 1–2 nights) or Php 10,000 (for stays of 3 nights or more) is required upon check-in.
Please present the same government-issued ID and credit card indicated in our website or guest portal at check-in.
We observe a strict non-smoking policy throughout all guest rooms and hotel grounds. A penalty fee of Php 10,000 will be imposed per violation.
Only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms after 10:00PM. Guests with visitors staying beyond 10:00 PM will incur an extra charge.
The hotel observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
We regret that pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
Delivery of outside food to guest rooms is not allowed.
Daily housekeeping service is provided unless the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed.
All reservations are subject to our cancellation and rebooking policies.
Guests are responsible for damages or losses to hotel rooms (hotel property) during their stay.
Any tampering, intentional misuse, or form of damage to hotel property will incur a corresponding fee.
A fee of Php 500 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keycards.
Extra Person Charges
A rate of Php 1,800 per person per night will be applied. Inclusions: Full set of guest room amenities, and Complimentary Breakfast.
Child Policy
Children 12 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with adults.
13 years old and above are charged as adults.
Baby cots may be requested but are subject to limited availability.
Breakfast Rates & Service
0–6 years old: Complimentary breakfast
7–12 years old: 50% of the regular rate
13 years old and above: Full adult rate
Breakfast Service:
Breakfast is included in your stay and served daily at Strawberry Bistro (6:00 AM–10:00 AM). During non-peak season, buffets may be replaced with à la carte dining.
Check-in/Check-Out
Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early Check-In Policy
Checking in at the hotel before 2:00 PM will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate that must be settled upon check-in.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures are not refundable.
Late Check-Out Policy
Checking out from 12:00 PM Noon to 6:00 PM will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate that must be settled immediately after the standard check-out time.
Checking out after 6:00 PM will incur a full one-night room charge and must be settled by 6:00 PM.
Parking Policy
To ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all in-house guests, each confirmed room reservation is entitled to one (1) designated parking slot.
Should the main parking area reach full capacity, additional vehicles will be directed to our secondary parking facility, where a complimentary shuttle service will be available.
All parking areas are monitored 24/7 by security personnel and CCTV to ensure the safety and protection of your vehicle.
Guest Dress Code
To uphold a refined and respectful environment for all guests, clothes must be smart casual or hotel-appropriate attire in public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, lounge, and retail space.
General Guidelines
Clothing should be neat, modest, and suitable for an elegant yet relaxed hotel atmosphere.
Guests are encouraged to dress smart casual when dining, shopping, or lounging in public spaces.
Exceptions may be granted for medical or mobility concerns (e.g., guests with foot conditions who cannot wear closed footwear). Caregivers may also wear practical open-toed footwear.
Not Permitted in Public Areas
The following attire is not allowed:
Bathrobes or towels outside guest rooms.
Sleepwear (pajamas, nightgowns, or similar garments).
Rubber slippers and hotel in-room slippers
Heavily soiled clothing
Tank-tops/Sandos (for men)
Skimpy shorts, micro-miniskirts, tubes, heavily ripped or tattered or excessively revealing/see-through and border line indecent attire
Clothing with offensive, inappropriate, or suggestive language/graphics.
Specific Areas
Strawberry Bistro & Made Here Store: Smart casual attire is strictly required. Prohibited clothing applies.
Enforcement. Guests who do not follow the dress code may be politely asked to change before entering public areas. Access to certain facilities may be restricted, and repeated violations may result in penalties or further limitations.
