Rodeo Room

The Rodeo Room, accommodating up to 20 participants, is a smart meeting space covering 65.90 square meters. It features modular desks for flexible seating arrangements and ergonomic chairs for sustained comfort during long sessions.

The room includes two 86-inch displays — one Smart TV for viewing and one Interactive TV equipped with a TV pen for illustrations, ideal for presentations and virtual meetings. A ceiling-mounted wireless microphone and speaker system ensures optimal audio quality, while an auto-focus camera provides dynamic, high-definition video for seamless online collaboration. Wireless connectivity via share hub (with optional HDMI connection) and high-speed Wi-Fi from dual ISPs (Eastern and PLDT) ensure reliable access throughout meetings. The space is fully air-conditioned and complemented by overflowing coffee and water service. A lapel microphone is provided, with a handheld wireless microphone available upon request. 

Riders' Hall

The Riders’ Hall can accommodate up to 50 guests and offers an interactive, soundproof space with a refined and cozy ambiance. Spanning 110.82 square meters, the hall features carpeted flooring and a fully air-conditioned environment for comfort.

It is equipped with two 86-inch screens — one Smart TV for extension viewing and one Interactive TV ideal for presentations, virtual meetings, and whiteboarding. Wireless connectivity is available through a share hub, with the option for direct HDMI connection. The hall also boasts an auto-focus camera with advanced technology for crystal-clear and dynamic recordings, ensuring seamless hybrid sessions. With high-speed Wi-Fi supported by dual ISP providers at 1Gbps, two active speakers, an 8-channel audio mixer, and four wireless handheld microphones, Riders’ Hall is designed to deliver a professional yet comfortable meeting experience.
